    Ritz cracker sandwiches are one of my favorite party appetizers. Crackers are filled with melted cheese and ham and then topped with a seasoned melted butter.

    I grew up with my mom making those delicious baked Hawaiian roll ham and cheese party sandwiches for special occasions or if we had people coming over. These Ritz cracker sandwiches are basically the same thing, just substituting the rolls with buttery Ritz crackers.

    These crackers are such a tasty bite. Buttery crackers with melted cheese, ham, all brushed with a savory seasoned melted butter.

    You can make a big batch of these crackers in minutes making them perfect for a game day, holidays, or an after school snack.

    1. Stir together the melted butter, onion powder, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
    2. Pour the mixture over top of the crackers.

    1. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts.

    Ingredients
      

    • 48 Ritz crackers
    • 5 slices Swiss cheese
    • 5 slices deli ham
    • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
