This raspberry dip is a recipe that a neighbor shared with me years ago. One bite is all it took to know that I needed the recipe and I couldn't wait to share it with my family.

At first glance, the ingredients might not seem like they go together, but trust me, they work perfectly. The creamy base with the pecans and jalapeno paired with the sweet raspberry preserves is a combination that's hard to resist.

It's a recipe that surprises people in the best way. I love setting it out at gatherings or brining it to parties because it's a little something different.

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    • A delicious sweet and spicy combo. Lots of great flavor with just a few ingredients.
    • Easy to make in about 10 minutes. This recipe can be whipped together in minutes.
    • Great for any occasion. I love serving this for holidays, parties, and more.
    • Can be made ahead of time. You can make this the night before if needed.

    Raspberry Jalapeno Dip Ingredients

This flavorful raspberry dip uses just a few, simple ingredients.

Bowl of shredded cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, cream cheese, pecans, and raspberry preserves.
    • Cream cheese: Softened cream cheese is the base of this dip recipe.
    • Mayonnaise: This adds a little creaminess to the dip.
    • Garlic powder: Adds a little flavor to the cream cheese mixture.
    • Shredded cheddar cheese: I like using mild cheddar or white cheddar cheese.
    • Pecans: Chopped pecans give this dip a little crunch.
    • Green onions: Green onions add color and mild onion flavor.
    • Jalapeño: Diced jalapeno adds a little bit of heat to the dip that balances with the sweetness of the raspberry preserves.
    • Raspberry preserves: You can use your favorite raspberry preserves or jam.

    Recipe Tips And Variations

    • Make sure to soften the cream cheese before mixing. This will help make it nice and creamy.
    • You can adjust the amount of jalapeños depending on how spicy you want it.
    • Remove the jalapeno seeds for less heat.
    • Don't like seeds? Substitute with seedless raspberry jam.

    Storage Instructions

Keep this dip covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The cream cheese will start to get a little watery after that.
