    My cheddar bacon ranch stuffed celery is a perfect combination of crunchy celery, flavorful cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon. This is a fast and easy bite perfect for parties, holidays, and more.

    I grew up eating cream cheese stuffed celery for a tasty after school snack. It's one of those foods that brings back memories. I decided to take this classic snack up a notch to make this loaded cheddar bacon ranch stuffed celery.

    The first time I made this for a bunko party, my neighbors couldn't get enough. This celery disappeared before we even started playing the game.

    Salty bacon, fiesta flavored cream cheese, combined with cheddar cheese and crunchy celery makes a bite hard to resist. In fact, if you are making this for a party, I recommend doubling the recipe.

    Make this cheddar bacon ranch stuffed celery with simple ingredients.

    Fiesta ranch seasoning, celery, green onions, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, and fiesta ranch seasoning.
    • Cream cheese: Softened cream cheese is the base of the filling.
    • Fiesta ranch seasoning: I like using Fiesta Ranch Seasoning for extra flavor but you can substitute with ranch seasoning.
    • Bacon: Cooked, crumbled bacon adds delicious smokey flavor.
    • Shredded cheddar cheese: Shredded mild cheddar cheese adds great texture and flavor. You can substitute with your favorite shredded cheese.
    • Green onions: Adds color and mild onion flavor.
    • Celery: Make sure to clean and dry the celery stalks. Cut into about 4 inch pieces.

    How To Make Cheddar Bacon Ranch Stuffed Celery

    Step one: Place the softened cream cheese and Fiesta Ranch seasoning in a large bowl. Cream together with a mixer.

    Step two: Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.

    • Use fresh, crisp celery. This is important because you want it to be able to hold up to the filling.
    • Clean and dry the celery. Be sure to clean, cut, and dry the celery well.
    • Cook bacon until crispy. This gives you the best texture for the filling.
    • Adjust the seasoning. You can adjust the amount of seasoning to your taste. I use about half of a packet of seasoning. You can use more, less, or leave it out completely.
    • Filling the celery. Use a butter knife, offset spatula, or even a piping bag to fill the celery.

    • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
    • 3 teaspoons Fiesta Ranch Seasoning or ranch seasoning
    • 8 pieces cooked, crumbled bacon
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 green onions, diced
    • 8 stalks celery

    • Cook the bacon. Crumble or chop into small pieces.
    • Clean and dry the celery. Cut off the ends and the cut the celery stalk into about 2-3 inch pieces. About 3 pieces per celery stalk.
    • Add the cream cheese and seasoning into a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, blend until creamy.
    • Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and green onion until combined.
    • Use a butter knife or offset spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture in the celery stalks.
    • Serve or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
