Easy white chocolate puffcorn
The moment I took a bite of white chocolate covered puffcorn, I knew I had to make a version for every holiday. It's so easy and so amazingly good.
Every year our neighborhood makes boo baskets. This puffcorn is one of my favorite things to include in the boo basket. We make a big batch and then put it in cellophane bags with a cute Halloween or Fall ribbon.
My neighbors all asked for the recipe and couldn't believe that it was made with basically just 2 ingredients.

Halloween white chocolate PuffCorn ingredients
- Puffcorn - You can find puffcorn in several different flavors. I am using white cheddar, but the butter and original flavor is also great. I found Like Air brand but Old Dutch, and Chester's are also popular brands.
- Almond bark - White almond bark melts easily and coats the puffcorn for sweet flavor.
- Sprinkles - Use your favorite colored sprinkles.
How to make Halloween PuffCorn

Step one: Pour the PuffCorn into a large bowl and set aside. Break the almond bark up and place in a large microwave safe bowl.
Step two: Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until it's completely melted.
Step three: Carefully pour the melted almond bark over the PuffCorn. Toss until everything is completely coated.
Step four: Spread the coated PuffCorn out on wax paper. Top with the Halloween sprinkles. Let sit until hardened.
How to store
Keep any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. It will last about a week.

Halloween White Chocolate PuffCorn Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 4 oz bags PuffCorn
- 1 24 oz almond bark
- Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Spread wax paper out on your counter or on a baking sheet.
- Pour the PuffCorn in a large bowl.
- Break or cut the almond bark into pieces. Put in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until it has melted.
- Carefully pour the melted almond bark over the PuffCorn. Stir until everything is coated.
- Spread the candied PuffCorn on the wax paper and top with the Halloween sprinkles.
- Let the PuffCorn sit until hardened.
